We Focus on a Customised Personal Service For Your Ward

Brief

Whether it is an e-mail, a phone-call or a consultation at your location, it all starts with a conversation to help us understand your specific needs.

A brief outlines your objectives and corresponding design strategies for a project. It gets the design wheels rolling and helps us come up with the solutions. The brief also helps you process and clarify what you are looking to achieve.

Design Proposal

Based on your brief, we will create a tailor-made proposal for you to view beforehand.

We will process any design amendments and make sure that you get exactly what you want and on time.

Once you decide on the final design we will send you a quote along with accurate delivery and installation timescales.

Development

We will next manufacture your product, using our in-house design and manufacturing facilities, which gives us great design flexibility, and allows us to make any late design amendments.

We are able to produce each individual item in any shape, size or colour. If you need something that we don’t already have in stock, we will produce a bespoke solution from you.

Delivery

Once your product is manufactured, our team will organise the delivery at your own best convenience.

For products that need fitting, our sales team will provide you with a comprehensive guide.

We know how busy hospital wards are, so we are very flexible regarding any special delivery arrangements you might require.
