The Challenge

We worked closely with teams across the Trust to produce bespoke visual management boards designed specifically around their environments and workflows.
The project included a range of communication and accreditation boards used throughout the hospital group, including specialist areas such as maternity and children’s services.
Each board was tailored to department requirements while maintaining a consistent visual standard across sites.
